About Danielle
With over 20 years of global consulting experience, Danielle helps clients drive outcomes through people. She has supported and advised clients across industries in change leadership and strategy, communications, organizational design, executive alignment and business strategy on complex transformations in Procurement, IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Culture.
Prior to going out on her own, Danielle honed her consulting skills at Slalom and IBM. At Slalom Detroit, she led the Organizational Effectiveness Practice, establishing a scalable structure for growth while supporting clients and developing new offerings. At IBM, Danielle was on the Talent & Transformation leadership team and was part of the pool of instructors for Change Management for Transformation in the US and Canada, and for Change, Culture and Leadership for Globally Integrated Enterprises.
Danielle is fluent in French and English and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and Honors B.Comm from the University of Ottawa.
